A Warwick company expects to add more than 80 jobs and increase its top-line revenue 30 percent by the end of 2015. Atrion’s remarkable growth follows a synergistic merger with a New Jersey-based IT integrator earlier this year. The move will enable the 260-employee company to introduce a series of new product lines and services to help its clients better solve their ever-growing challenges. The two companies will operate as Atrion.

“Since our inception, we have differentiated ourselves as a high-touch, high-impact organization that connects deeply with our customers,” says CEO Tim Hebert. “Our goal over the next five years is to get closer to our clients so we can maintain that contact level, particularly as our customer base grows. This merger allows us to cement our footprint in the mid-Atlantic region, continue to hone and nurture our client relationships, and widen our net when it comes to finding qualified employees so we can bring exceptional services, perspectives and experiences to our clients.”

An IT services provider that designs, deploys, and manages business-driven information technology solutions, Atrion will continue to offer consultation, professional, and managed services and customized technology solutions. These capabilities will remain available across businesses-critical areas, including turnkey data center infrastructure, local, and wide area networks, enterprise software and consulting, and cloud offerings.

“This merger will be hugely successful because the two companies have always shared similar cultures and ideologies with regards to how we look at business, treat our employees, nurture and serve our clients and give back to our greater communities,” says Hebert.
