There’s lots to love about Rhode Island’s accessibility. According to Julie DiBari, Rhode Island is special because “everyone is so accessible. We have amazing universities, companies, nonprofits and government leaders, and it is easy in Rhode Island to bring them all together.” Peter Dorsey says, “The Rhode Island community is noteworthy for its low degree of separation, which facilitates building business and social networks. When running into current or former Rhode Islanders while traveling, it also presents the pleasant challenge of playing Twenty Questions to see how quickly you can identify a common friend. I don’t think it has ever taken more than a dozen and usually less than half that!” And Lisa Sullivan says Rhode Island is awesome because of “the connectivity of its people.” Thanks, Julie, Peter, and Lisa; we’re sure to see you around Our Backyard soon!
